Handling Damaged Products
Upon receiving your items, please inspect the packaging for any signs of damage. If you observe or suspect any damage but cannot thoroughly inspect it, make sure to note this on the delivery receipt. Should your item(s) arrive damaged, send photos to support@HomebySteamworksDepot.com, and we will arrange for a prompt replacement or compensation.
