Steps to Take if Your Product Arrives Damaged

Upon receiving your delivery, please take a moment to carefully inspect the packaging. If you notice any visible damage, including to the box, make sure to note it on the delivery receipt. If you are unable to inspect the package at the time of delivery but suspect it may be damaged, please write "suspect damage" on the delivery receipt. Should your item(s) arrive damaged, take photos and email them to support@HomebySteamworksDepot.com. We will quickly respond and coordinate a replacement or refund, typically within one business day.
